I believe that learning to love yourself is a form of art, an art that takes you to freedom. As in all forms of art, loving yourself differs from person to person. Everyone has their own way of expressing and showing compassion for themselves.

In the Love yourself to freedom program, everyone has the freedom of choosing their own principles they put in to process to express love and compassion for themselves.

In the process, what they create will be unleashing their inner selves.

I believe that loving yourself is an art which has harmony. With the love yourself to freedom program, you create your own harmony by choosing the tools that best suite you. I have created 10 steps for you to create your own harmony. The steps that I will explain to you will give the insight for you to find and use your own tools in a way that you feel most comfortable in.
